Shipping

• EU: Free shipping with tracking.

• UK/US/Rest of world: Shipping calculated at checkout; local duties/taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

• Indicative delivery times: EU 3–7 business days; US 5–12; Rest 7–15.

• Orders include tracking; some destinations may require ID or customs info.

Returns (Change of mind)

• EU: 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery; you pay return postage (except DOA/defective).

• Non-EU: we mirror a 14-day policy under the same conditions.

• Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, with all accessories. Installed/modified electronics are generally not eligible unless defective.

Refunds

• Processed within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of return).

• Refunded to the original payment method.

Defective on Arrival (DOA)

• If items arrive defective, we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

• Replacement or refund after verification.
